STEPHEN J. ZWANG

Stephen J. Zwang is the Sr. Vice President of Property Management and Facility Management, as well as the Director of Due Diligence for Blumberg Capital Partners. He is a member of the firm’s Asset Management Committee.

Mr. Zwang has more than 27 years of experience in commercial property operations, including, property management, leasing, acquisitions, disposition and due diligence. Over his career, he has supervised over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate. Numerous properties under his direction have received the prestigious TOBY (The Building of The Year) award conferred by the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Prior to joining Blumberg Capital Partners 12 years ago, Mr. Zwang held senior level positions with real estate firms, such as Hines Interests, Lincoln Property Company and First Winthrop Corporation. He has also been the Administrator for the Public Health Trust/Jackson Memorial Hospital’s real estate portfolio consisting of commercial, retail, medical and residential assets.

Mr. Zwang is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and Institute Of Real Estate Management.

Mr. Zwang graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from American University. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University.
